Sorbonne University to open branch in Kuwait.

KUWAIT, Dec 3 (KUNA) - Project Manager of French Sorbonne University in Kuwait Dr Adel Al-Mayas revealed that a delegation from the University will visit Kuwait Saturday to discuss the opening of a branch for the University next year with 8 Majors. Al-Mayas said in a statement Thursday, the delegation will meet with Secretary General of the Private Universities Council Dr Habib Abul to collaborate and oversee some technical issues before the opening next year. The agreement signed with the Sorbonne University took place during his Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah's recent visit to France alongside a multiple of agreements to enhance both cultural and educational cooperation between the two countries.
