Sony Ericsson's T310/T316 mobile phone.

Sony Ericsson has packed a ton of fun features into its new T310/T316 phone. The color screen phone comes equipped with a five-way navigational joystick for improved game play on more than 40 games. And with vibrating force feedback, you'll feel as if you were gripping the full-size joystick on your PS2 as you race downhill in Alpine Ski.

The phone features an optional MCA-25 mobile camera that connects to the bottom of the device, so you can easily snap images and send via MMS (multimedia messaging services) or e-mail to friends. Better yet, you can add them to your Contacts List for picture caller ID. Although the images we took were a bit fuzzy, even after we changed the image resolution, they were still usable.

To further personalize your phone, compose your own ring tones using a tool called Melody Composer. Simply go to Fun & Games and choose Composer; create your tune, then name and save it in the My Sounds menu.

We could go on and on about the Sony Ericsson T319/T316's many features, but we'll leave a few surprises for you. One last note: Be sure to check out Fun & Downloads ( to download sounds, games, images, themes, and more (;$79.99)
