Song: sea moon waves.

saw some women swimming in the sea swimming timidly - hair not wet, arms not strong spoke to them in the voice of the sea -

dive in, plunge, stroke powerfully swim with certainty don't hesitate

you have the strength of the sea

saw some women walking down stairs walking timidly - backs not straight, feet not free clutching at rails, teetering high spoke to them in the voice of the moon -

walk tall, stride smooth walk with certainty don't hesitate

you have the power of tides

saw some women talking in a class talking timidly voices not loud, tongues not proud spoke to them in the voice of the waves -

speak out clear, talk up wide shout your large woman's voice don't hesitate

you have the rhythm of waves

dive plunge stroke swim free walk stride move step free speak talk voice shout free

you have the strength of the sea you have the power of tides you have the rhythm of waves
