Start making your hot chocolate by pouring a very small amount of very hot water onto the hot chocolate in a mug. This step is important as Rococo does not add any chemicals to make their chocolate dissolve, and creating a smooth paste now will give you a perfect hot chocolate. Then it is up to you how you make it, with little hot milk espresso style, with a lot of hot milk like a latte or go the whole hog and top it with cream.
