Enron's meteoric rise and even more meteoric collapse revealed a watchdog system that failed. However, even back in the 1990s, more than 400 corporations had dramatically restated their value after accounting lapses, failures, or fraud. Where was security while all of this was happening? Congressman Michael G. Oxley will moderate a knowledgeable panel of experts as they explore the connection between ethics and business continuity and discuss the risks of not carefully considering the ethics of an organization's business continuity activities.
