FANS of the comedy series Last of the Summer Wine are in for a treat next week.

Tom Owen - son of Bill Owen who played Compo in the BBC series - will be staging a one-man show at Solihull Arts Complex.

Tom will be leading the audience through the true tale of father and son, of jobbing actors, landladies and successes in the show called Last of the Summer Wine Treading The Boards.

Tickets cost pounds 14 and pounds 12 for concessions. For details call 0121 704 6962.
