Solicitors strike deal to buy new offices.

CLECKHEATON-BASED law firm Williams & Co has continued its expansion by acquiring new premises in Wakefield.

The firm, led by partners Jeremy Garside, Robert Brackup and Tim Welton, has completed the purchase of 2,000sq ft of office space at Cheapside in the city centre.

Mr Garside said the new offices would provide more space for future growth as the firm planned to recruit new members of staff in the months and years ahead.

He said: "The purchase of the new premises is a part of our planned expansion of Williams & Co and the continued growth of our work in and around Wakefield."

Williams & Co partners have more than 75 years' experience supporting business and individuals across Kirklees, West Yorkshire and beyond. The firm, which was taken over and rebranded by the current partners in early 2016, specialises in commercial and civil litigation, regulatory defence, commercial property and conveyancing.
