Soho Building to offer production facilities.

The Soho Building owner was so pleased with the results when his tenant Controlled Entrophy Entertainment, producers of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's live performance tour and records, used the building for the shooting of their new experimental audience participation film, that he is planning an on-site, entertainment industry oriented multi-purpose facility.

The Soho Building, at 110 Greene Street between Prince and Spring, is now offering short-term office and work space for out-of-town production companies. According to Stephen Anfang, managing partner of the Soho Building, the building now has 4,000 square feet of fully furnished executive office space with phones, copier and fax; additional space for graphic design and video production space, and 2,000 square feet of space for rehearsals, auditions, investment meetings and possible screenings. The building also offers 22,000 square feet of expansive space on two levels for specialized exhibitions, corporate events and retail use.
