Software firm leases 15,000sf at Whiteweld Centre in NJ.

James J. Bovino, president of The Investment Firm of Whiteweld, Barrister and Brown, recently announced that Integral Systems, a thriving software development company headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, leased 15,000 square feet at Whiteweld Centre International Corporate Plaza in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

The award-winning, 230,000-square-foot office centre will serve a Integral's Eastern Region Headquarters - an office primarily responsible for selling, servicing and educating clients on the company's product line of IBM-based financial and human resources application software.

Integral Systems will be the second tenant to occupy Whiteweld Centre which celebrated its Official Grand Opening just two months ago. John J. Johnson, senior vice president of Whiteweld, Barrister nd Brown, represented the owner in the transaction. Tom Reilly and Jeff Heller of Cushman and Wakefield of New Jersey represented the tenant. The five year lease becomes effective in July and is valued at $1.6 million.
