Soap stories: Multiple troubles; NEIGHBOURS WEEKDAYS, FIVE, 5.35pm.

Nobody would want to see Susan in trouble.

Okay, so she can be a bit sickly sweet and a tad too perfect for her own good, but her heart's in the right place. So it's been upsetting for fans to see her in such a state as she battles a mystery illness.

And things aren't any better this Monday, even though she now knows she's up against multiple sclerosis.

She finds it difficult to come to terms with the diagnosis and breaks down in hospital. Her family also struggle to cope with the news, with the usually whiter than white Kinski kids behaving strangely.

Zeke thinks he's being strong for the family by being aloof and distant while Rachel starts a new relationship with an older man - a move sure to end in tears in the not too distant future, we suspect. Darren's arrival doesn't help either, particularly as Libby isn't exactly pleased to see him.
