Soap stories: Will Dawn be Robbed of his love? EASTENDERS MONDAY, BBC1, 8pm.

Rob gets Monday off to a steamy start when he turns up at the surgery to see estranged spouse May.

Instead of ripping lumps out of each other, as they have been recently, the warring pair end up playing tonsil hockey and rolling around on her desk.

Poor Dawn looks a fool when she drops by later in the week to give her rival a piece of her mind. The heavily pregnant lass insists she won't let May come between her and Rob - only for the smug GP to drop the bombshell her errant husband was actually with her the night before.

Unsurprisingly, Dawn is devastated and confronts her lover - but Rob is adamant that nothing happened between him and his spouse.

But when Ms Swann demands he swear on his baby's life, his hesitation gives her all the proof she needs and she swiftly slams the door in his face. The businessman does a good job of changing her mind as he persuades her to flee Albert Square and May's constant meddling. Is it the last we'll see of the troubled twosome?

There's strife too for lovelorn Stacey who rips open a package from Spain only to discover it's the gift she sent Max - returned with no note. But old flame Bradley blurts out that he loves her.
