Soap Box: NEW GIRL ALICE IS A DEAD RINGER.

Byline: Roz Laws

AT first glance, this new recruit to Emmerdale looks a lot like Rachel Hughes, who was pushed off a cliff by mad Graham. But she's not back from the dead in a silly Dirty Den storyline - this is Alice, played by Ursula Holden Gill. She's a farmer customer of Paddy's, whom Sam is delighted to meet because they share a love of chickens. Cain blackmails Sadie, threatening to tell Jimmy about her toy boy unless she pays him pounds 1,000. But later the Dingle gets a taste of his own medicine when heavies order him to pay them money or they'll hurt Debbie. Desperate to raise funds, he plans a robbery with Daz.
