Snip, snip hooray!; THE BIG ONE: 50 TOKENS TODAY.

IT'S super Saturday in the World's Biggest School Trip Ever II ... we have 50 tokens to collect in the race for pounds 150,000 of cash prizes and a trip to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

More than 129,000 pupils from 917 schools are collecting like mad.

One of them is little Susan Dysart, of Fishcross Primary School in Alloa.

Susan collected the second highest number of tokens in her school for the World's Biggest School Trip Ever competition last time around.

But now - thanks to the help of her family and friends - she's top of the school.

Susan, 10, who lives in the little village of Fishcross, near Alloa, has set her sights on a trip to Disney - and nothing is going to stop her.

Every Saturday, she goes round all her friends and neighbours to collect their promised tokens, before bringing them home to count. And she's even roped in her older brother, Neil, 14, to get all his friends collecting.

Her mum, Fiona, said, "She's very determined. She loves collecting and has asked all her aunties and uncles to help. A couple of her friends have gone to EuroDisney and told her all about it.

"She was told that we'd go to Disney if we ever won the Lottery and now she's always on at us to see if we've won the Lottery. She's Disney daft."

Aileen Skiggs, head teacher of Fishcross Primary, said: "Susan loves this sort of thing and she has encouraged the other children to get collecting. The children love Disney and are very excited about it."

When they're not collecting tokens, the 54 pupils of Fishcross are very keen on environmental projects.

They are waiting to hear if they've won any prizes in a national garden competition, which was judged by Carol Baxter, one of the presenters of the BBC's Beechgrove Garden.

The school has a beautiful walled garden, with fruit trees and lovely plants.

This time around, the World's Biggest School Trip Ever II competition is especially easy to take part in.

It has been split into three school categories - large, small and special needs schools. And schools in each category with the highest token per pupil ratio will win an amazing cash prize of either pounds 30,000 or pounds 20,000.

There will be a further cash prize of pounds 20,000 for the school to collect the highest number of tokens overall.

Children from all over Scotland are already collecting tokens, which will appear from now until November 28.

Each school that enters and completes the competition will also receive a pounds 50 cheque when the contest is over.

Don't forget to look out for days like today, our special bumper edition days, when we give out an amazing 50 tokens.
