Owner: Jim Redman Address: 425 West Broadway, Suite E, North Little Rock Telephone: 372-0200

As an Arkansas owned and operated company, Central Arkansas Communications has found and used three steps to success. In August 1991, Jim Redman became central Arkansas' authorized Motorola 2-Way Radio Dealer. After 19 years of experience this was an opportunity too exciting to turn down.

The company offers a wide range of radio communications products and systems. "Our customers are amazed that we can put their projects--and their people--just a push of the button away," says Redman. From basic hand-held portable radios, paging systems, and mobile radios to advanced trunking systems, we can help our customers keep in touch with one person or a whole fleet of trucks.

My best sales tool has been the hands-on demonstration for our customers. We allow the customer to use the product in his own operation and we always fit the communications tool to the customer's needs. Motorola 2-Way Communications are the clearly affordable, user-friendly solutions for our wide range of customers.

And the three secrets to our success? Customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Talk to us soon.

Owner: George J. Siamitras Address: In the Village at Pleasant Valley Telephone: 224-5868

When President Clinton began his campaign, staff members called all over Little Rock for the best tailor. Customers and competitors recommended George Siamitras, Master Tailor for 32 years. Older suits were updated and new suits from George's Men's Shop were fitted properly. Even the famous ecru colored custom made shirts written about in GQ came from George's. We are proud that we took care of his clothing needs right up to the day he left for Washington!

We are also proud to be the only shop in Arkansas with 2 master tailors. Tad Radziwanowski joined our staff of professionals in late 1992. This has enabled us to continue giving the same great service George's is known for. Every customer deserves fine clothing at a fair price.

Owners: Curtis & Kay Sanders Address: 5715 Kavanaugh, Little Rock Telephone: 664-5800

Late one Friday night, we were designing flower arrangements for a variety of events the next day. I'm talking about two weddings, a large and a small dinner party, 150 gift packages, three center pieces, a dinner at the Capital Hotel and who knows what else. We all began laughing as we remembered the telephone order from each of these clients and how that client perceives our shop.

Almost every Friday's customer places our flower and gift shop into one of two categories . . . Little Shop or Big Shop.

You see, some folks think of us as the "little flower shop in the Heights." Whereas other clients, usually conventions or our corporate clients, think of us as "the Little Rock florist that can do anything."

Does it bother us to be thought of so differently by so many? Nope. Just as long as people think of us. Little or Big. Just think of us as the shop that can do it all, on time, the way you want it. Friday's. The Little Shop and the Big Shop, all in one.
