Slovenia's agricultural input prices increased on average by 1.4%,.
Slovenia's animal feedingstuffs went up on average by 4.6% and seeds of crops by 3.6% In comparison with the previous month, in January 2013 animal feedingstuffs went up on average by 4.6%, while seeds of crops went up on average by 3.6%.
Compound feedingstuffs went up in Slovenia for January 2013, compared to December 2012, on average by 5.4%. The most (on average by 8.3%) went up compound feedingstuffs for cattle (excluding calves) and compound feedingstuffs for pigs, but the least went up compound feedingstuffs for poultry (on average by 3.8%).
Prices of straight feedingstuffs decreased on average by 1.5%. On price decrease of a group straight feedingstuffs influenced lower prices of other straight feedingstuffs (on average lower by 13.4%), while prices of cereals and milling by-products and prices of products of animal origin in January 2013, compared to December 2012, increased (first on average by 3.1%, but the last on average by 0.3%).
Prices of Slovenian goods and services contributing to agricultural investment in January 2013 higher on average by 0.7%
In comparison with the previous month, in January 2013 the prices of goods and services contributing to agricultural investment increased on average by 0.7%. Prices of materials were higher on average by 0.8% and prices of other buildings on average by 0.2%.
Transport equipment went up on average by 0.9%, but machinery and other equipment a little bit less
Within the group materials, in January 2013, compared to December 2012, prices of transport equipment (of tractors) increased on average by 0.9%, but by 0.7% went up machinery and other equipment.
As regards machinery and other equipment, only prices of machinery and plant, in Slovenia, for harvesting and prices of farm machinery and installations increased (first on average by 1.4% and the last on average by 1.2%), while prices of machinery and plant for cultivation slightly decreased (on average by 0.2%).
