Slovakia : ESET Joins Forces with Leading Tech Firm to Power New Secure USB Drives.

ESET, a global pioneer in IT security for more than two decades, today announces that CTWO Products AB has joined its collaboration with ClevX DriveSecurityTM powered by ESET, resulting in a new range of secure USB drives. The two new drives made by CTWO Products Safexs Protector 3.0 & Safexs Protector XT feature antivirus protection with built-in ClevX DriveSecurityTM powered by ESET. Data protection is becoming essential for businesses to keep their data safe due to increasing regulatory pressure as well as the need to safeguard their customers information in the highest possible way, said Ignacio Sbampato, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at ESET. Adding ClevX DriveSecurityTM powered by the award-winning ESET NOD32 antivirus engine to CTWO s encrypted USB drives allows customers to keep the contents of their USB Flash drives safe and malware-free, and prevents malware from spreading via removable media.

This powerful USB antivirus utility, powered by ESET, prevents malware from spreading via portable drives. Designed to run without installation on a host computer, ClevX DriveSecurityTM operates from the portable drive itself, eliminating malware found in the drive's files. Today s workers move from home to office and computer to computer frequently, and USB flash drives are a common means to transfer data between machines, which can lead to the rapid spreading of malware, unless they are protected, said James Baker, VP of Sales & Marketing, CTWO Products AB. Our combined secure drive solution with ClevX and ESET provides a multitude of layers to protect users data and computers from potential data loss and infection.
