Sligo could push leaders Shamrock; IRELAND.

THOSE who took the oddsagainst about Shamrock Rovers pre-season will be perfectly pleased, with the Hoops leading for most of the campaign and the champions' visit to the Showgrounds tonight is a massive game for SLIGO, writes Johnny Ward.

Sligo face an eight-point and likely insurmountable gap if they lose, but it is arguable that Sligo's difficulty is in their head.

Less talented teams have bothered Shamrock Rovers this season, and this has the makings of a 50-50 game so backing Sligo draw no bet looks the way to go.

BRAY are just seven points off Patrick's with a game in hand and are also worth a tentative poke in the draw-no-bet market.

DERRY have been backed into 8-15 to beat an out-of-sorts UCD but still look value, while bottom side Galway could frustrate Dundalk for a while at least.
