Skywest Airlines reports sale of ordinary shares by directors.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2010 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

Regional Australian carrier Skywest Airlines (ASX:SXR) announced today that Jeff Chatfield has sold 1.6m ordinary shares in the company and John Jost has sold 0.4m ordinary shares in the company.

Chatfield and Jost, both directors of Skywest, sold the shares for AUD0.35 each in trades through the ASX on 16 April 2010.

Following these transactions, Chatfield's relevant interest comprises 32,100,100 ordinary shares in Skywest, representing 16.08% of the total issued share capital and Jost's relevant interest comprises 3,802,662 ordinary shares, representing 1.91% of the total issued share capital.
