The Swedish construction group Skanska said on Tuesday (4 July) that it has won a GBP120m school construction and operation contract from the Bristol City Council in the United Kingdom.
The contract, which covers the financing, design, construction and operation of four schools in Bristol, is part of the UK Government's programme for Public Private Partnerships (PPP), Private Finance Initiative (PFI), in Bristol.
Skanska is itself investing GBP4.8m in the project.
