Construction and project development company Skanska AB (STO:SKAB) announced on Wednesday the signing of an agreement with Niam AB on the sale of the office property Aviabulevardi II in Vantaa, Finland for about EUR30m.
This divestment will be recorded by the company in Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2019. The transfer of the property is scheduled to take place at the beginning of October 2019.
This property is located in the Aviapolis area in Vantaa, a fast growing business cluster in the Helsinki region right next to Helsinki Airport. With a leasable office area of 8,000 square metres, it is designed to fulfil the requirements of modern and environmentally sustainable activity-based working.
According to Skanska, it will be certified according to the Gold level of the LEED environmental certificate. The building is fully leased and was completed in November 2018.
