One player is anticipating additional gains into the summer and opened 25K Aug 35 - 49 risk-reversals for 45c (bought calls, sold puts, tied). Separately, 20K Mar 44 - 45 call spreads sold at 45c on ISE and the vertical rolls long calls up one strike, according to ISEE data. Thirdly, 15K Mar 44 - 46 call spreads trade 70c along with 15K Apr 46 - 48 call spreads for 40c and the four-way probably rolls a vertical to Apr from Mar. In sum, the large blocks in FXI express bullish sentiment, as trade negotiations continue. CNBC is reporting that China has agreed to purchase $1.2 trillion in US goods and that Trump and Xi could meet at Mar-A-Lago in late-March.
