Sioux City Foundry announces partnership with SSAB.

Sioux City Foundry, Sioux City, Iowa, announced it has entered into a partnership with Swedish company SSAB, Stockholm. Sioux City has become a manufacturer of Hardox Wearparts, which are wear parts and wear services.

In a press release, Sioux City said the partnership with SSAB will help their customers "in a wide variety of industries, including: agriculture, construction, heavy transport, energy, and mining."

"We are very excited. Our partnership with SSAB will bring great opportunities for us and our customers," said Andy Galinsky, CEO, Sioux City Foundry. "Both Sioux City Foundry and SSAB have a long-proven history of providing quality products and services, that the relationship seemed like a great fit."

SSAB is a global steel company that produces high strength steels and quenched and tempered steels, along with strip, plate and tubular products.
