Sinvin Realty Corp.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced recently that Russeck Gallery, an art gallery specializing in the sale of contemporary masters, has purchased a 2,500 SF ground floor store and 1,500 SF basement at 478 W. Broadway, a turn-of-the-century loft building running from W. Broadway to Thompson St. The building is one of the oldest co-ops in the SoHo neighborhood.

The asking price for the property was $2.2 million, and the unit sold for approximately $2 million. The landlord, Western Investment Network, Inc. was represented by Christopher Owles of Sinvin Realty Corp., and Russeck Gallery was represented by Joseph Mirasola of Lee O'Dell.
