Singletary named WVC's new student programs director.
Laura M. Singletary has been named the new director of student programs at Wenatchee Valley College. She started the job on May 9.
She comes to WVC from Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, where she was serving as associate director of student life. She has worked at Whatcom since 2009 and served previously as interim director of student life and as student programs and leadership coordinator.
Singletary earned a master of education degree in continuing and college education from the University of Washington, as well as a bachelor of arts in society, ethics and human behavior. She has associate of technical science degrees from Tacoma Community College and Edmonds Community College.
