Singers on American road trip; Shows.

A PROGRAMME of music with an American theme is on offer from Huddersfield Voices at its midsummer concert in All Hallows Church, Almondbury, on Sunday, July 5. The concert, which begins at 2.30pm, is commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of crooner Frank Sinatra, and will include a medley of his songs, including New York, New York and My Way. However, there will also be numbers from the great film and stage musicals of Broadway and Hollywood as well as a selection of Irving Berlin songs.

Tickets are PS6 on the door and the proceeds will be shared by the church and the choir.
