Singer shocked by shots at home.
A police investigation is under way after bullet holes were found in the door of her detached house on a luxury estate in West Derby,Liverpool.
Former Brookside star Ellison, 20, shares the house on Fullbrook Drive with her fiance Tony Richardson, but neither of them were at home at the time of the attack.
The couple are currently in London where Ellison is filming the video for her forthcoming single Bye Bye Boy.
Ellison said: ``It's scary to think that something like this can happen on your own doorstep. I am just thankful no-one was hurt.''
Meanwhile, Tony Richardson's mother has warned the couple to stay out of Liverpool in the wake of the attack.
Elaine Richardson, 44, believes the pair will only be safe if they stay in London because there are ``jealous'' people in Liverpool trying to make their lives amisery.
She said: ``I was shaking when Tony called me to say there had been a shooting. I'm really glad they're out of the way in London.''
The alarm was raised on Wednesday evening when a neighbour noticed the bullet holes and called the police.
