Sindh Minister for Law visits school in Shahdadkot.

LARKANA, September 05, 2009 (Balochistan Times): Sindh Law Minister Muhammad Ayaz Soomro has said that present Government is giving priority to the education and health sectors in the province. This he said while visiting Government Boys High School Shahdadkot on Saturday, where he announced to provide furniture for the school, air condition for head master office and to renovate the high school building. The Minister said that the closed schools are being opened and the local teachers will be appointed so that enrolment of the students may be ensured in order to increase the literacy rate in the province. The Minister inaugurated the boundary wall of the Miskeen Shah graveyard in Shahdadkot town which was completed with the cost of Rs. 7.0 lakhs. Meanwhile, the Minister distributed atta to the poor under Ramazan package. The Minister was briefed that daily 486 bags of 10 Kg were being provided to poor people under the Ramazan package. On the occasion the people demanded to increase the wheat atta bags up to 1 thousand daily. The minister directed DCO Kamber-Shahdadkot Zahid Hussain Memon that to ensure the availability of atta up to one thousand bags daily in Shahdadkot town. On the occasion large number of PPP leaders and workers and officials of concerned departments were presented.
