London, Dec 29 (ANI): Sigourney Weaver certainly gave her daughter an 'out of the world' Christmas present- her four 'Alien' films on Blu-Ray disc.

The 60-year-old actress, who became an action icon as space hero Ripley, claimed that her daughter Charlotte, 19, had never seen her films.

"She has never seen them before, believe it or not," the Daily Express quoted the Weaver as saying.

"I think she prefers to think of me as good old mum, you know, not some person running around a spaceship with a flame thrower," she added.

And now that she is back in space in her latest film, sci-fi blockbuster 'Avatar', the actress said: "I love being in science fiction. It's my favourite genre because anything is possible." (ANI)
