Signs that a loved one could be in danger.

IF you're worried about someone, look for these warning signs.

| A change in behaviour or personality is the first thing to look for. If someone is restricting their eating, they are not getting the right calories and nutrition, so that can play a part.

| Weight change - if someone is binge-eating they might put on weight, whereas if someone is anorexic, restricting their eating or over-exercising, they will lose weight. | If someone is struggling with an eating disorder they can become withdrawn and isolated. For help and advice contact www.
