International trading never was that easy but it is being assumed by many companies that, with the advent of the single European market, everything will be much easier. However, it seems that this is not to be the case, with a whole new set of rules that traders will have to understand and obey.

The author has run his own international delivery service, which he developed from his original business of supplying butchers. Basically, he considers in simple terms the issues like: where to sell, how to get paid and how to deliver. In each country there may be different legislation to consider and, wearing his consultant's hat, Mr Rees has set down his solutions to various problems.

These ten chapters are followed by five helpful appendices.
