For more than 16 years, we have been supplying stackers and automatic packaging machines for hygienic products to our customers, worldwide.Our main job is to supply turnkey installations -- from the design to the start-up at the customer's factories -- with integrated stackers/bagger solutions for baby diapers, incontinence and femcare products.
Focusing on a partnership spirit with our customers, we have been developing for years a high sense of flexibility, allowing us to react very quickly and positively to any request and need of the customers at any level of the project (from the design to the after sales service). Technical development and innovation are also keywords for our company, illustrated by our constant desire to anticipate the customers and markets requirements, with standard and taylor made solutions.
Stackers
Our stackers are designed to be either, integrated to our packaging machine, but can also be connected to any kind of bagger on the market.
Baby Hygiene
Stackers from one to four outputs, can reach a maximum speed of 1000 products per minute, allowing ejection up to 100 rows per minute, running from 3 to 52 products/row.
Multiple outputs stackers can be connected to automatic or semiautomatic packaging machines, with similar or different products counts at the various outputs with a format time change reduced to the minimum.
Adult Hygiene
A range of stackers is available with servo driven configuration, reaching a maximum speed of 600 products per minute.
Feminine Hygiene
Stackers for either trifolded single wrapped or flat sanitary napkins can reach a maximum speed of 1500 products per minute with a maximum output speed of 150 rows per minute.
For panty liners, either flat or trifolded, single wrapped, the machine can reach speed requirements up to 2000 products per minute with a maximum output speed of 100 rows per minute.
Packaging Machines
Combining high performance and competitive costs, our packaging machines can be connected to any kind of stacker available on the market.
We can also offer fully integrated packaging lines, with our own stackers, in a very short and compact version, in order to overcome the usual floor space restrictions at the customer's production facilities.
From 25 bags / minute up to 60 bags / minute for baby diapers and incontinence pads
And up to 80 bags / minute for femcare products, our servo driven machines can be designed for high compression, with automatic format change.
Our latest developments are high speed baggers for baby diapers (up to 100 bags / minute) and up to 120 bags for femcare products.
Optional Devices
- Product interleaver type MR, to be adapted on the SIEREM stacker, allowing to turn one product out of two by 180[degrees], in order to get an alternate position of the products into the bag.
- 180[degrees] turning module to be connected between the stacker and packaging machine. All the complete rows are turned by 180[degrees], up to 80 rows/minute, or one row out of two, or no row at all.
- Buffer (accumulator) for multiple output stacker can be connected to one of the stacker exits, in order to avoid any production stop.
