Show puts spotlight on everything you need to get moving!

THIS year's International Caravan & Motorhome Show 2007 at the NEC is displaying a huge selection of caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents, holiday homes and awnings, as well as four huge accessory superstores carrying thousands of products.

The show is on until Sunday and open daily from 10am to 6pm.

Features at the show include the Bailey Caravans Stand where AL-KO will have demonstration units for the ATC Trailer Control System and AL-KO Secure wheel lock.

There is also the Towing Stability Trailer, developed at Bath University.

See a model car and a caravan on a treadmill that demonstrates the effect of different loading patterns on caravan stability. There will be a short presentation every hour.

Prestige Motorhomes will be showcasing the new six-berth Ford Sky 50 and the new seven-berth Fiat Sky 451.

The four Accessory Megastores - Riversway Leisure, JR Leisureworld, Towsure and FIAMMA - offer a vast selection of caravan and motorhome accessories for your holiday.

Leading awning manufacturers as well as trailer tents/folding campers & folding caravans are also on hand.

The Highways Agency is offering travel information and advice on towing your vehicle.

Britain and Europe's biggest and best motorhome manufacturers - Swift (Bessacar, Ace, Swift), Auto-Trail, Explorer (Elddis, Compass), Auto- Cruise, Chausson, Hymer - and Europe's largest motorhome dealer - Brownhills - will be at the event. The 2007 MMM Motorhome Manufacturer of the year, IH Motorhomes, are also there.

The Caravan Club centenary feature will include a glance back over the past year, celebrating its 100th year in style. Book a motorhome manoeuvring session and the towcar 'Try before you buy' on the caravan club stand, or book 'try a tow' on the camping & caravanning club stand.

Practical Caravan will be displaying the winning towcar from the new Towcar Awards 2007-the Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI Sport 4Motion Estate.

The biggest names in the caravan industry are there, with new launches from Swift, Bailey, Fleetwood, Avondale, Explorer, Coachman, Lunar & Fendt. The best dealers from across the UK - award-winning Broad Lane Leisure from Coventry, Glossop, Lowdham Leisureworld, Harringtons since 1924, Davan Caravans, Stewart Longton Caravans, Michael Jordan Caravans and Kimberley Caravans - are joining together at the event.

In the Cookery Theatre, professional chefs will be showcasing a fantastic range of meals that can be prepared on a barbecue while you're on your caravan or motorhome holiday.
