The Seniors Housing Show 2000 will team up with The Remodelers' Show, October 19-21, to give industry professionals a double incentive to attend.
"Buyers in the 55-to-65 age group are healthier and wealthier than ever and expect their housing choices to reflect their more active, independent lifestyles," says Leslie Marks, executive director of the NAHB's National Council on Seniors Housing (NCOSH). "And, with a baby boomer turning 50 every eight seconds, this market will continue to grow exponentially."
Seniors Housing Show 2000 attendees will learn how to plan, finance, design, build, and market active adult seniors housing, including golf course and resort properties, independent living apartments, retirement communities, and service-enriched housing. The exhibit floor will feature a new section dedicated to seniors housing building products and services.
