Shore glad it's finished.

NORTH East bosses have breathed a sigh of relief after Geordie Shore's first series finally finished.

Question marks have already been raised over how a second series could go ahead, with the cast barred from Newcastle nightspots, including Perdu, the Quilted Camel, Barluga, Blackie Boy, Mushroom and Fluid.

Oliver Vaulkhard, director of Fluid Group, which owns all the bars, said he is delighted to see the back of housemates.

He said: "All I can say is good riddance and may they never darken our doors again. I would be really amazed at which bars would let them in if they brought out a second series.

"I would be really surprised if they brought out another series. The eight members seem to be the only ones that are happy. Nobody in the series has come out well. I'm pleased to see the back of it."
