Shopping center sold in BX.

WS&G Real Estate, Inc. and John Anthony Group announced the sale of the shopping center located at 1600 Bruckner Boulevard, Bronx, New York.

The center contains approximately 79,000 square-feet of leasable space. Approximately 30 percent of the space was vacant. The purchaser has reportedly arranged to lease out the vacant space. The brokers directly involved in the sale were Larry Goldstein and Axi Elkaym.

The property sold for approximately $3.15 million. The seller was a bank, and the buyers were investor clients of WS&G Real Estate, Inc.
