Former shop staff held a reunion for the second year in a row.

Over 60 who worked at Walkers Ltd, The House of Quality, over 20 years ago met at The Salutation Inn on Tynemouth's Front Street, to reminisce.

Andrew Walker, whose uncle and father founded the store on the corner of Stanley Street and Borough Road, North Shields, was there.

He said: "It was a lovely day, I had a really nice time. It was great to see so many people."
