Shock confession at trial; Sunday Mail soap whodunnit special EMMERDALE.
The Dales-set show has run the whodunnit since Christmas when the hated entrepreneur - played by Ken Farrington - died on his wedding day.
The murderer will be unmasked in an hour-long episode packed with drama.
The King brothers, Matthew (Matt Healy), Carl (Tom Lister) and Jimmy (Nick Miles) are in the dock.
They look like being convicted thanks to vital evidence from crooked vet Hari Prasad (John Nayagam). But when his fiancee Louise Appleton (Emily Symons) discovers he's lying she races to the court.
Hari chases her and her life is left hanging by a thread after a high-speed crash.
Back at the court, a scuffle leads to the true identity of the killer being revealed.
The killer could be one of the Kings, Grayson Sinclair (Christopher Villiers) Len Reynolds (Peter Martin) or Tom's wife Rosemary (Linda Thorson).
The chief suspects were all filmed murdering Tom and three possible outcomes to the episode have been made. Nick Miles, who plays Jimmy, said: "Nobody will know for sure who killed Tom until the show is screened. So much is happening. Shock follows shock."
