Shelley Over Sixties.

THE Shelley Over 60s Club held its weekly social and games meeting on Thursday, June 1 at Shelley Village Hall.

From seven tables the whist high of 88 went to Sheila Morris and the low of 68 was shared between Joyce Booth and Sylvia Clegg. Two full tables of Rummikub were played. We celebrated a whopping 13 birthdays and congratulations went to: Margaret Haigh, Janet Craven, Gerald Edinburgh, Keith Hartley, Margaret Taylor, Margaret Rutter, Pat Collins, Beryl Lockwood, Harold Wilden, June Killeen, Carol Robertshaw, Roger Beaumont (70), and James Anderson.

The bingo line was shared by Joan Horne and David Mathews and the full house was won by Joan Horne. Raffle prizes were won by Joan Parker, Brian Nelson, Keith Field, Iris Starling, and Anne Mathews.
