Sheikh Mohammad: 2013 is year for Emiratisation.

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum labelled 2013 as "The year for Emiratisation" in the UAE and all strategic plans for the future have been prepared with the authorities of all the Emirates.

In collaboration with Ministry of Labour and Education authorities, 3000 Emiratis are aimed to be employed in public and private sectors in the next 5 years throughout energy, banking, aviation, telecoms and other pioneering sectors to develop and raise the leaders of the future.

Under the official support of Emirates Nationals Development Programme (ENDP), IQPC is hosting the 10th Emiratisation Congress taking place from 2 - 5 June 2013 at the Amwaj Rotana in Dubai, UAE.

The Congress will showcase various initiatives on nationalisation at the local and international companies in the region. It will also serve as a platform for discussing the new nationalization strategies and their effects on the companies' vision and growth strategies.

The programme will focus on: Finding solutions for the right strategy between industry and the education system, driving operational excellence through skill-based training; motivating and supporting your Emirati workforce to "Think locally"; understanding the power of Emirati women and attracting female business talent toward in your organisation; and designing a lifetime partnership through your workforce with employee loyalty programmes.

The event will also feature exclusive presentations from senior speakers from ENDP, TECOM Investments, Etisalat Academy, First Gulf Bank, Mubadala Development Corporation, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Dubai Holding and many more.

The 10th Emiratisation Congress is organized by IQPC and supported by Dubai Knowledge Village, Ershd.ae, CLO-ME, First Select and Human Resources IQ.
