Sheet metal funding. (Real Deals).

A North Little Rock industrial project is backed with a $787,500 funding agreement.

Hammond Sheet Metal Co. of Glendale, Mo., secured the three-year loan from Midwest Bank Centre of St. Louis. The 1.1-acre project at 1201 E. Fifth St. previously was linked with a June 1990 mortgage of $8 million held by Mercantile Business Credit Inc. of Clayton, Mo.

The company purchased the site in August 1967 from the Chicago Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Co. for $19,500.
