Sheer frustration.

As a cancer patient myself, diagnosed with ovarian cancer in June, I can only imagine the frustration and anger of breast cancer patients in Huddersfield who are being told by Kevin Holder that Herceptin won't be offered to them.

To go through surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy is no picnic for any cancer patient and here is a drug that could stop the cancer returning, thus removing the need for further invasive surgery and debilitating treatments.

For my cancer there doesn't seem to be any wonder drug waiting in the wings. But if it was there and some "Health Supremo" said I couldn't have it because of what appears to be red tape when other health trusts are offering it, that would leave me devastated.
