Sheep giving birth to 5 lambs might break record in Kyrgyzstan.

A sheep gave birth to 5 lambs in October village, Uzgen district, Osh region, Turmush reports.

This sheep might become a record holder in the country.

According to the owner of the sheep Kenjebai Uzakbayev, the animal used to give birth to less than 3 lambs before.

"But she surprised all of us. She can not feed all lambs with milk, as it's not enough. Another sheep today gave birth to 2 lambs. This is an ordinary breed of sheep," the spouse of Uzakbayev said.

A sheep usually can bring up to 2 lambs. But there are exceptions when a sheep of the Romanov breed can give birth to up to 5 lambs at once.

The world record was broken in January 2018 in Lithuania. A sheep of farmers gave birth to 8 lambs.
