She bullied her victim to death. Today she laughs in Disney World.

A schoolgirl bully who drove a classmate to suicide is sunning herself on a holiday in DISNEY WORLD.

And American immigration chiefs are now investigating how evil Michelle McBratney got into Florida.

For she may have LIED on official immigration papers.

Thug McBratney was given three months for assaulting classmate Katherine Jane Morrison, 16.

Tragic Katherine Jane - known as KJ - killed herself weeks later.

But instead of languishing behind bars, twisted McBratney is enjoying herself in the sunshine state.

McBratney, 17, who was freed pending an appeal, jetted across the Atlantic with her parents last week.

A pal of KJ's, said: "This animal should be behind bars. Now she's living it up at Disney."

Last night, immigration authorities in Miami confirmed they were investigating.

Because McBratney has a criminal conviction, she would not immediately be let into the US like other tourists.

They are checking to see if she lied to get into the country by not declaring her conviction to the American Embassy in London.

Their spokesman said: "A person with a criminal conviction would be required to write to us and request a visa.

"This would almost certainly mean an interview in London.

"They would also have to supply references from the police, social work and courts.

"Even then, there is no guarantee they would be allowed entry."

One officer said: "On flights into the US, passengers get a visa waiver form.

"This asks the person if they have convictions. It looks likely the person involved may have lied.

"If this is the case, we will take action."

McBratney is due back in Scotland on Thursday.

She will return to court at the end of the summer to appeal.

KJ's mum, Millie Morrison, said: "We only found out a few days ago that McBratney was in Florida. We're trying not to think about it."

McBratney has been in hiding since being released on bail.

Disgusted pals of KJ in Stornoway, Lewis, have vowed to avenge her death.

Lee Anne Murray, 16, also got three months for attacking KJ but didn't appeal.
