Sharp to file for delisting from 3 European exchanges.

TOKYO, March 26 Kyodo

Sharp Corp. said Monday it will shortly apply for delisting from the Euronext market in Paris and two other European stock exchanges due to a dwindling volume of trading there.

Applications to the Paris bourse, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Swiss Stock Exchange will be made later in March or thereafter, Sharp said, adding that its delisting from the three exchanges will be completed by the end of July.

Following the delisting, Sharp shares will be traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and four other domestic bourses in Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo.
