Shareholders of Coca-Cola Co. elected Maria Elena Lagomasino to the
company's board and reelected four others. Lagomasino is currently
chairman and chief executive officer of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She
will serve a three-year term expiring in 2006. Lagomasino replaces Paul
Oreffice, former chairman and chief executive officer of Dow Chemical
Go., who retired. He is ineligible for reelection because requirements
prohibit the nomination of people 74 and older. Coca-Cola also reelected
Ronald Allen, Donald McHenry, Sam Nunn, and James Williams to the board
for three-year terms.
