Seven new tenants sign at Robert Martin buildings.

Bred W. Berger, executive vice president of the Robert Martin Company, announced the signing of seven new leases which bring the development firm to full occupancy at its One Water Street, One Barker Avenue and Three Barker Avenue office properties in White Plains, New York.

These transactions are part of Robert Martin's 1992 leasing program which has, to date, completed transactions totaling more than 600,000 square feet of space at properties throughout Westchester and Fairfield.

The developer's One Barker Avenue building is now the business address of Malane & Sonderlund, a newly established accounting firm that is headquartered within 3,500 square feet of space. The certified public accountants will serve corporate and individual clients throughout the Westchester / Fairfleld suburban area.

A lease for 2,100 square feet of space has brought the law offices of James E. Reicher, Esq. to One Barker Avenue. Relocating from within White Plains, the firm represents New York metropolitan area clients in matter relating to family law and personal injury.

The leasing of 1,200 square feet of space to New Castle Advisers, Inc. will bring the firm's headquarters to One Barker Avenue. A registered investment adviser, New Castle handles mutual funds and private accounts for an international roster of financial clients.

Luck Trading Company,. Inc. signed a lease for 3,200 square feet of space at the developer's. One Water Street office building. Establishing corporate headquarters at the downtown address, the trading advisory and money management firm will serve financial industry clients worldwide.

APA Search, Inc. recently relocated headquarters from Manhattan and now leases 650 square feet of space at One Water Street. An executive search firm, APA specializes in personnel placements for corporate clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

A new lease for 625 square feet of space at Three Barker Avenue has added the Law Office of Brian R. Hoch to the building's tenant roster.

Mark A. Varichio, Esq. recently established a Westchester law office, with the leasing of 500 square feet of space at Three Barker Avenue.
