Seven heaven HILL CLIMB.

HILL CLIMB Seven THE Midlands' proud motoring heritage was on show as a 1939 Austin 7 ventured more than 2,100ft up one of England's steepest roads in a unique sporting spectacle.

heaven The car was among those taking part in the Lakeland Trials in Cumbria yesterday.

It draws motoring enthusiasts from across the country to see classic cars wind their way up Fleetwith Pike.

Marques including Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and Bugatti were among the 150-car field.

The Auston 7 was built at Longbridge in Birmingham in the 1920 and 1930s.
