Session Judge orders case registration against accused.

Chakwal -- Additional District and session judge Chakwal directed city police Chakwal to register a case against the accused who gave a fake checque.

Sher Baz Ali resident of village Bhoun filed a petition before the court and contended that he purchased a car from Faisal Akhtar resident of village Pinwal and gave an amount of rupees 60,000 advance to him, the accused the Faisal Akhtar did not provide the registration book of the vehicle however he promised to provide him but latter on he was failed to do so.

The accused gave a checque of rupees 60,000 and when it was sent to the bank on due date it was dishonored.

Sub Inspector Sikandar Hayat on the order of the judge registered the case and started searching the accused.
