Service tribunal stays transfer of Dy Director Health.

PESHAWAR -- The services tribunal on Wednesday has stayed the notification regarding immature transfer of deputy director health services and issued notices to chief secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, secretary health KP and director general (DG) health services KP. Mian Mohibullah Kakakhel, counsel for deputy director Dr. Shams Ul Haq, appeared before the services tribunal chaired by Chairman Mohammad Azeem Afridi and informed that the appellant was heart patient and medical board had recommended for him to remain in the same station.

He further informed that the appellant belonged to management cadre while he was transferred to general cadre in Abbotabad adding that an officer could only be transferred once he had completed the tenure of three years but the appellant joined health services in 2013 and transferred in 2015 which was immature transfer. The services tribunal, after the arguments, stayed the notification letter regarding transfer of Deputy Director Health Services Dr. Shams Ul Haq and issued notices to chief secretary, secretary health and director general (DG) health services.
