Service not triumphal.

TOMORROW'S national tribute to those who died in the Iraq war will be a service of remembrance and not a victory parade,churchmen and military leaders said today.

The multi-faith service at St Paul's Cathedral, to be attended by the Queen,11other senior royals and prime minister Tony Blair, will have little military ceremony.

Military top brass,in the VIP congregation, will wear uniform but there will be no guard of honour.

``It will not be triumphal,'' said theMinistry of Defence.``It is not a victory parade.''
